PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Investing in our workers means investing in the future of our company. We at Metelli S.p.A. offer a wide range of training and development programmes designed to improve the skills and knowledge of our employees. Every year, we organise courses, seminars and workshops on key topics such as safety, quality and the environment. In 2023, we delivered over 9,500 hours of training, devoting a significant percentage to vocational training and health and safety.

Metelli S.p.A. is deeply rooted in the territory in which it was born and has grown. Every year, the company commits to running initiatives to support the local community and promoting the dissemination of common value through sports, culture and solidarity.

Recent activities include participation in the Brescia Art Marathon 2023, a sporting and solidarity event that brings companies and citizens together.

  • For over 30 years, the company has also been a long-standing partner of the A.S.D. Pallamano Cologne, a key national sports association, with a winning youth sector and a strong educational impact. The support for this team, now active in the Silver national championship, reflects our commitment to promoting sport and the growth of the new generations.
  • Metelli sponsored the initiative, covered employee registrations and contributed to a fundraising initiative for two local associations.

Metelli S.p.A. has undertaken actions to protect the environment: adoption of the ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System, implementation of energy efficiency solutions, transition to renewable sources, digitization of informational materials, and achievement of the silver medal in the ESG assessment conducted by EcoVadis.
